SG blocking my IP adress for no reason?

I was browsing a trade. I wanted to check someone's feedback, but instead I saw a window with this text written on it: "IP address has been temporarily blocked." I couldn't do anything for ~half a minute. Then I reset the router, and then it said the exact same thing for my brother's account. Another reset and I couldn't do anything for over 5 minutes. And now I reset again, and I can do anything, but my brother can't. What is this?
