It does allow for the following trick: if you entered a GA for a Deponia game for the usual point cost you can now remove your entry for 100 points. That seems problematic, if only mildly so.

You can't fix it, unless you put the prices for every game manually...
Steam reports the price of the pack as the price of the game because currently only the pack is on sale and for a cheaper price than the game individually.
Also, did you search the discussions before posting this?

All separated Deponia games since yesterday have 100P barrier for entering giveaway - how to fix it?
On giveaway page price showing $99.99 and $9.99 with 90% sale. But creator says it is only one Deponia game, not The Daedalic Armageddon Bundle.
