I'm not sure if you don't know how the entry requirements for giveaways work or if you are asking people to whitelist you as an optional step.

If you create a giveaway with a group and whitelist requirements, the user entering only has to meet one of the requirements, not both. So, anyone that reads this thread can join your group and then enter the giveaway without getting a whitelist from you. You also cannot invalidate their entry if they do not meet your requirements since that is against the rules.

Edit: Also, I don't think there is a rule stated in the guidelines about asking people to whitelist you, but I have seen threads get closed by moderators saying not to create threads asking for whitelists, so it may be against the rules.

Please do not create threads asking users to whitelist you.
If you want users to join your group for giveaways, you should use the Group Recruitment category instead.
