Birthdays are so 80's

Well today was my bday so it seems as good a day as any to start a train or two... All GA's should end on my factory cake day thing.

I did NOTHING today as that is my bday ritual.. the last bday party i had was when i turned 6 in 1989. I remember getting a Duke G.I. Joe and a couple weeks later my brother tore him apart 😤. I just think that celebrating bdays is dumb.. but hey! this is more about my 2 years on SG and subsequently 2 years of active steam use.. I have grown my account to an absurd nearly 2000 games 😲. I wonder how much I've spent...
I've gotten a lot for free too. My favorite was the Civ VI price glitch last year.. I would have never known about that if it wasn't for the SG community 😀. I haven't played most of the games I've won on SG but I enjoyed You Are Not A Banana . I bought that bundle a few days later so there will be a GA for that too. The end credits with the banana was worth the 1.3hrs I played.

Maybe by next year i will have finally upgraded my PC... but i say that every year... 8 years and it just keeps on ticking.. originally paid $200 for the year old HTPC combo of the motherboard, processor and memory.. upgraded the processor a few months later to a quad-core amd 9850 ($40 for a $90 processor on a 1 hour flash sale) and that has been running nearly 24/7 for about 6-7 years.. got an ati 5830 at first, now its the 7850 so i could hook up my crappy 42 inch 4k tv for added desktop space when needed.. I'm on the third power supply.. guess they only last 3-4 yrs :P My SSD died last year :( only had that for a couple years..
Don't ask me how this thing can still play some newer games..... I tried NBA 2k17 and it worked fine with all settings on max except the AA was disabled. I decided that HB Monthly wasn't worth getting 2k17 PC version fell a long way since the 2k10 and 12 games i played.. they had much better support on operation sports..

I remember going to Dairy Queen to get blizzards and go over to this girl's place.. She said i needed to get her french fries too cuz that was her "go to" dessert/craving/whatever.. so what is your "go to" dessert? I, personally, do not think that cake is a dessert.... it is nothing more than a dry sponge covered with a glue made of sugar. I prefer pie and/or ice cream. Homemade pie that is.. not that walmart stuff.. Dessert should be a treat.
