Like the good folks before me said.... each monthly's discussion thread is good source of information about particular region locks.
One other method of discovering whether a game has a region lock is to try to create a gift link (the "gift to a friend" button). The dialogue window will pop up, if there's no mention of region locks on it, then its region free. If its locked, it will tell you exactly which countries the game is locked to.

Hi!
I've started 2 giveaways for games found on this month's humbe bundle monthly. It doesn't say in the text on humble bundle that they are region locked. But are they? I am thinking maybe they are automatically locked based on my own region or something?
