Can't create more giveaway

Hello , i can't create another giveaway i create 2 for 2 games and delete them cause of key problems , and now i try to create another and can't , have the message :
"The maximum number of giveaways based on your current feedback score has been reached. Once your current giveaways come to a close, and gifts are received, you'll be able to post additional gifts."

But the others are delete so why ?
