Print screen, Steam's screenshot system?

Uhm if you press F12 while ingame it makes a screenshot

Are you new to steam? You have F12 to take screenshots.

You guys, F12 doesn't work in Isaac. In fact, it lacks the Shift+Tab overlay entirely.

Just Ctrl+PrtScn. :(

I don't think you can take a proper steam screenshot. This is because it doesn't support steam overlay. Not sure why, could be that it's made in Flash. Could even be that steam doesn't like windowed games.

Either way, you can take a normal screenshot with the PrntScr button or, if you have windows 7, you can bring up the Snip tool and just capture the Isaac window.

You could use Jing. Free download and it acts as a snip tool to either capture pictures or videos.

Just take a picture of your next crap. Almost identical.

Well, I searched for a bit, and it seems that its possible to run it with steam overlay and screenshot feature, but its quite technical. Also it disables achievements when is running with overlay.

For games that don't support steam overlay ie no more f12 to screenshot, I use Greenshot. Look at my screenshots and you will see BTDT which is not supporting steam overlay. Use greenshot to take your screenies and have them auto save to a location of your choice then look for your screenshots folders and do some basic tweaking (it's like a simple puzzle, you will know when you see it). Exit steam, start it again and go to screenshot manager and you have all of those shots there. If you still need step by step guide then add me and ask.
