I want to activate a Steam Game

So, I already have GTA IV activated on my Steam account, but I do not have the The Lost and Damned & The Ballad of Gay Tony....
On GMG sale the Complete Edition is at $5,99.

It is possible to activate the Complete Edition over my GTA IV and get the DLCs ? I dont want 2 copies of GTA IV, I just want to actvate those 2 DLCs...

Please share an information, thanks.

If you activate Complete Edition, you'll receive only DLC's and 2nd copy of the game bundled with it will be lost

When activating, it will just add what you haven't got, it won't add two copies of the original.
