migrate. Cos you can't pay in other currencies other than your own.
to just view thou, use ?cc=xx where xx be the country code.

If you live in India (?cc=in) currently you should have the prices in Dollars, as I know. Probably you have to contact Steam Support, maybe they can convert your Steam Wallet.

There is no such thing as ?cc=eu, because all across the European Union (and membership candidates/applicants) there are 2 different price tiers.

T1 often tends to have higher prices because we print money at home.
