So, I just had another impersonator a few weeks ago. And now a user (who basically just registered yesterday on SG/ST) got scammed by him/her and left a negative feedback on my profile, like many others did.

But unfortunately this time, this user is hard-headed, ignoring my messages and doesn't want to accept the fact that he is blaming the wrong person. I can't even see the resemblance of the scammer's profile and mine aside from the avatar. On top of that, he even blocked communication so that I couldn't send him messages.

I have already sent a ticket for this very unfair feedback and I hope that they resolve it. (May take years though)

Maybe if they SG could make the "See Profile" button more noticeable so that future clueless users may get scammed less often by this modus operandi. Or maybe just let us users write something on our SG profile.

Hate when newbies falsely report users. Worse part SG too busy with everything else to deal with Trade related tickets. Been waiting for someone to get to my ticket since my birthday 2/25 this year when I made a user mad on forum so he marked me negative rep but I fear I'm no where close to being assisted by support but its understandable since they are busy and they are volunteers.

I think it should be forbidden for anyone who isnt atleased 1 week minimal to 1 month on steamgifts to negatice or positive rate on anyones page.

The only way this can be countered is having a good fast support to take care of this.

When a site offers a system to leave negative marks on a user, there has to be a good system to deal with false marks.
