Nope. The number of giveaways has decreased though. By a lot compared to last year at the same time and even more compared to before that so maybe that's why your points are getting maxed out.

Probably a giveaway you entered was deleted before its ending time and you got your points back.

I experienced the same thing.
13 hours ago I spent all my points on GA's. Around 10 hours later I had maxed out the points with 400P. (10 hours should only give you 240P)
In the mean time I won a single GA worth 1P, so probably got a few points back from other GA entries for the same game, but nothing that would max out my points.
The deleted page (https://www.steamgifts.com/archive/deleted) does not indicate a mass deletion of GA's that i joined.

best bet would be checking your entered games for the red deleted mark, up to one week is usually enough and it's only some pages which is done quick

That explains it all.
I was not aware that the deleted page (https://www.steamgifts.com/archive/deleted) was sorted by Created Time rather than Deleted Time, that's also explains why I did not find these deleted GA's.

it's the same with ended GAs, which are sorted by creation date, pretty fussy

Created (user) tickets are the same.
When handled, they get sorted in with the "created" date. So no chance to see when a ticket got handled or which one. At least when you done more as 20.

Maybe there are usually some freshly bundled games that you're interested in, and now there are none? Personally, I'm almost always at 400 points (well, at this moment at 524 since a nice person gifted me a game I'd been trying to win).

There are fewer giveaways right now, and some get deleted. This is what my giveaway page looks like, and only because the creator of this one giveaway has not replied about their policy for partially owned packages (Fallout 1 was given out for free at some point).

I generally check in on this site a couple times a day, and use up my points on mainly my wishlisted games and a few that were bundled recently.
Doing usually uses up more points than i have, and I have to pick and choose. So I usually have around 200 points when i check in.
Now for some reason, whenever i log in, my points keep being maxed at 400.
Is this just my perception, or have others noticed an increase in how quickly points regenerate in the past few days?
