Refresh button on steam client

Hello, it appears that my refresh button in the steam client has disappeared... I want to know if I am the only one with this problem, or there are others out there, and if some solution exists...

Steam->Options->display (or so, have the german steam so i don't know it exactly)->Show URLs if possible

Did you try the most basic fix? Reboot Steam, if not reinstall.

If you have English: Steam - Settings - Interface - Display Steam URL address bar when available (tic it)

I know this doesn't answer your question but I've never seen the refresh button. I've always either right clicked the page or used F5 :)
