Anyone with steam family sharing

Sure, I'll send you my username and password, as well as my Steam guard code!

Seriously though, look at the store page and see minimum requirements. Or, this (Not sure how accurate that is though)

Assuming they haven't changed it from what I saw, just a couple of thing to be aware of:

• You (the recipient) would need to give remote access to your computer in order to do this.
• The other party (the sharer) would need to log in to their Steam account on your computer in order to authorize you for sharing, which presents a significant security risk as their login credentials could be stolen/recorded.

I'd strongly advise anyone NOT to do this unless you know and trust the other person.

Not sure if someone will do it. The other person has to actually log into Steam on your machine and this means entering very sensitive information that could be easily saved using a keylogger or something. It's risky and that only makes sense to prevent people from abusing it :)

Why the hell would a complete stranger trust you with their account?

Wonder if this is considered begging.

Piracy is bad.

But it's also quick way to check if it will work for you.
