eve online isnt giftable so where are all the eve online gifts coming from?

so are people unloading their unusable gifts from before the sub change?
as far as i know you can only buy it for yourself in steam and they don't sell steam keys anywhere i know of.

People are trying to giveaway the codes from the humble e3 ticket, and get credit for it. Just report them and move along.

i dont see why eve online isnt removed from sf outright then. you can't get a steam gift or steam key anymore. you can only buy it for yourself on steam. not sure of admins know about it.
