How was your luck in 2024?

-3 wins at 357.

So my luck is 357/360 = 99.167% of the expected, pretty standard. I basically never leave the -1 to -4 range.

Technically, I'm at -2 wins vs projected wins. But I don't really join a ton of giveaways overall and am super pleased by the games I've won. So, I would say it was an excellent year.

First yeаr on steаmgifts, took me some time to win аnything аnd find groups, still аt -7 gifts ассording to stаts.

Tough luck, but yeаr's not over аnd 85% chаnce for Dec 31 looks nice. + I did win а few gаmes I wаnted, which is nice

Mediocre. I only won 6 games this year, which is nearly a third what I usually win.

I won 102 games during 2024 so far. I say so far because there is still time left and I have 70%+ chance right now for 31st, it could happen
I have won 7 more gifts than expect overall, my luckiest month was January with 8 wins. This does not include games gifted to me by very generous people.
For people wondering if I even play my wins, I have played through 12 this month. I beat 11, got 100% on 4 of those and 1 I got to the last boss and gave up. Difficulty curve went from a joke to insane so I decided to spend my time on other games. I might finish 2 more before new years. It was very taxing going through so many games, I will probably slow it down going forward.

I have just 1 year here, so far I can tell I'm at -9.
And about Dec I'm -0.98.
However I think I was quite "lucky".

Seems like I'm at +3 and with 14 wins I definitely can't complain, though I have been in the red since October with no wins.

slightly below average(2/3 of the year that bar is in the red), but I was a bit stricter on what I entered this year so its expected... also being a gambling addict with mystery bundles doesn't help when I suddenly own all the random things people will be making GA's for. Fairly happy with what I won though

It's about -0.2% average per month, no wins this year yet. Though I enter far fewer giveaways these days, so that seems about right.

I've entered 124 GAs this year and won one game, that's pretty lucky I think.

-0.88 for the entire year so far, though it might change for the better or worse with the xmas community train at the last day. I still won some good games I wanted to play though, so I would count myself lucky

I'm very happy with my wins, won 4 games, stuff happened and I've only "finished" one and started the second (I dropped out of the box, I was interested in the story but the gameplay became stale, plus the game forces you to visually remember a few characters, mess up once and you lose 8+ minutes and have to restart the day).
I also won a couple games on X Twitter.

A big thank you to everyone who gift games, I'm only sorry that I haven't beaten all my wins yet but I'm working on them.

This is my first year here, and I didn't win anything. According to the graph, this is one fewer win than expected. I have entered 575 giveaways so far.

Technically unlucky by Steamgifts stats, but I feel very lucky to have gotten a few of the games I have entered for a lot this year in the holiday gifting thread!

I've already played through some of them and have enjoyed them 😊

Ive won 19 less then estimated overall.
But right now im at -1.5 wich is good for my stats (im frequently -3, -4)
This was a good year for me on sg overall, 19 wins

I consider myself unlucky overall but lucky in 2024- even more so thanks to some direct gifts from some nice users during christmas - and that alone counted for me way more then any of the usual SG wins. On that regard alone 2024 mighve been the greatest year for me on SG- the best gift the community itself

Like 40 wins this year, 11 less then estimated since joining.

First half of the year was good - came back from negative estimated.
But second half... it was atrocious!
I just went -15.42 in last 6 months! (┬┬﹏┬┬)

1 win in 6 months, enjoyable one too, can't complain.

I go between -1 and +1 most years, same this year. I did lose a whole contrib level this year though.

-8,4149 Up to today through all 2024. It's also more or less the same "luck" I had in June. Removing June from the equation would leave it at almost zero. I still have positive at "estimated since you first joined" and I'm not frowning or whining for the negative result this year. For me, all years could be zero result. With time, the estimated should tend to zero anyway, but it will take a lot.

97.89% winning chance on 31st. I had +90% chance on 2023's last day, and I won that: exactlty one gift. I hope to win one and only one this year too. But if I don't, I'm not going to get angry or frustrated or disappointed. But that 2.11% will be grounded all year long. And no dessert.
