Is there a way to add https://steamdb.info/app/501170/ to an account? Because that DLC is supposedly free and it gives cards apparently.

Well I'd sign up for the beta first, or at least go to that link, which is their site. You might be able to find the answer there. I am afraid I do not know.

Messages go to the bottom pretty quick here so I wanted to bump this back up in case anyone missed it that is interested. There are still some open beta keys remaining. Large number of achievements also. Improves your brains pattern and color matching abilities.
