Booster Pack Value Question

If SteamCardExchange is correct, the Booster Pack is worth more. If I was home , I'd check the store for the average card prices vs the current Booster Pack price. Fees are sometimes the deciding factor

Of course which is worth more is random (you could get foils), but you can calculate the average expected value.
Check here for average card price only, multiply by 3.

Well sometimes the booster is worth more than the 3 cards combined, but I think they don't sell as much. Also you could get a foil if you open it.
Personally I usually open it and sell the cards.

My usual course of action is to open, hope for foils, and regret not selling the booster pack.

i always open them and hope for foils. otherwise i sell them seperated or keep them for badges

Right now it looks like you would be able to sell 3 cards for $.08 ($.06 after fees) each ... $.18. Booster pack recent peak is $.19 ($.17 after fees) but with lower demand.

If I were in this situation, I would probably open it and sell the cards ... if that makes sense to you then do it

Booster pack highest buy offer = 0.11 € (0.09 €)

Average card highest buy offer = 0.06 € (0.04 €)

0.12 € is more than 0.09 € even without a foil card.
