Are there any games like FF3 with a job system on steam? Wanting to play some kind of old school jrpg.

Final Fantasy Tactic: War of the Lions. Definitely in my top 5 and you can emulate it..I think (I played it on PSP)

Kenshi is pretty good. Probably not the same job system as the OP wanted, but the way you develop your characters and the diversity with which you can form your squads and how they grow is good. However, definitely not a JRPG.

On steam you have the Precipice of Darkness series by Zeboid. Episode 3 is mostly job/class based.
