Does anyone else have problems with duplicate giveaways?

This has happened to me several times, which forces me to delete one of them.

It's getting really frustrating because then i feel like i'm pissing off those that enter.

I didn't refresh the page but i may have clicked the confirm twice :P

Never encountered this problem before. Sounds bizarre, but most likely a simple "click more than once" issue.

I used to have this kind of problem before, I used to send some messages twice on some forums. It was cause by my mouse which had a double click problem.
