EDIT: Oh look, it's not acceptable. From the guidelines: 6. Spam. Do not repeatedly post content to increase visibility. This also includes creating multiple discussions for content that could be more appropriately consolidated into a single discussion.

I really do believe that your posts are useful, but EIGHT DAYS before it actually starts - that is just "too soon", it will get buried, and serve no purpose until it actually starts (and then people will still have 3 days to claim it)

Suggestion: make an empty discussion, and immediately close it. Write it down, make some sort of memo for ~ a day before the deal starts, open and bump it. You still can work on it, and it won't push down current deals. Also if this post is not visible it's so far down, days before it starts, then what is the point of it being up so early?
