I had a guy who marked it as not received even though I gave it to him 5 times. He broke my 100%. Support did nothing for me. Not a big deal since it was a bundle game and had no CV, but still, I shouldn't be at 99% when I wasn't the problem.

After 7 days of no feedback, contact Support and tell them the situation. Provide screenshots or emails that show the winner accepted the gift from you.
