It doesn't matter. If it was given for free en masse at one point, it is forever banned from being given away on this site. You can still drop the keys in the forum if you like.

It is because people would otherwise just collect free keys and keep them until they would be allowed again to exploit the system. 99,99% of the cases when a game is missing on steamgifts it has a reason: It was available for free in masses and is not a bug or a mistake.

Keeps happening all the time does that. Free game giveaways seem to have really ramped up the past few months, and I must have at least 50 keys from bundles that can no longer be given away on here.
