Hunting around, you are sure to find a good price eventually. Also, no telling what model they were or what condition those systems could be in. I will heavily recommend a model 2000 / 3000.

With Ebay, timing is everything. If a lot of people are looking for one, the prices will be higher, if not many are looking, then they will be lower. Also depends on the model and what it comes with as well, along with condition.
I got mine on Amazon for $70. It was in almost new condition with the adapter and even came with a 8GB memory stick. The memory stick alone was worth almost half that price. That was one of the better deals I found after looking for one to replace my stolen one.

Just wondering, I heard a lot of people got theirs from ebay for like 20-30. But I never saw anything near that price on ebay. What did I do wrong?
