I'm new to nonograms. These never require a guess right?
I'm stuck here and can't figure out what i can deduce further without making a guess. Particularly surrounding the two 4 rows.
Edit: Figured it out! the nature of a 3 column when there's only 4 rows necessitates that the two center rows be filled in.

I don't know if it helps, but the "2 1" and "1 2" columns can be filled in. Might let you start from the right side of the puzzle.

You can, for example, fill some of the slots of the top and bottom row. For example, in the top row there are a few squares of the 3s that you can fill in. Not all of them, but some HAVE to be used regardless of where the entire 3s are located exactly.
I hope I explained it understandably. Otherwise let me know and I will try in a different way. ;)
Edit: I just noticed your edit (didn't see it before for some reason). This is exactly the same argument for the top and bottom row. Nicely done!

Back in 2020, I made the first version of the Nonogram Café, it was a lot of fun but it was quite tedious to create and play the puzzles.
A week ago I started looking at different alternatives online, and finally gave up, and made my own creator and player instead.
So I officially present to you my fully online, fully interactive nonogram player! ^^
