I'd say 7 euro for a formerly bundled game is perhaps a little over the top. Maybe try your luck on steamtrades.com? I'm sure there's still some copies around. I haven't played it yet. I've only played Sniper Elite Zombie Army, but I do indeed suspect that "V2" is better.

Sniper Elite V2 was on Indie royal for $5 USD with another games and Sniper Elite Nazi Zombie was $14.99 the 4-pack on Green Man Gaming, and $5 Dollars each on gmg and Steam sale, so thats not the lowest yet. I still have 2 copies od Sniper Elite Nazi Zombie from GMG

Actually kind of good... what i personally never liked about both parts is the fact that you dont have a silencer ( at least not at the beginning or i am retarded) and this means that the first shoot will always reveal your position and the enemies start rushing you and the game just isnt really about sniping anymore ...
about the parts: part 1 seemed a lot more open, but i case you are careing about graphics part 1 could get hard for you to keep playing....
