After being shocked by not seeing a thread on this already, I decided to make one myself.
http://www.indiegala.com/

Disappointingly only one game is Steam, and its a BTA.
The base bundle is only Android, but if you BTA, you get PC copies as well (except Great Little War Game). The BTA bonuses are only PC copies

Base bundle:
Great Little War Game
Cardinal Quest (Desura)
Smiles HD
Legends Of Yore

BTA:
Manor Of The Damned (Desura)
Turba (Steam)
Pitiri 1977 (Desura)

Not as good as HIB android bundles.

At least the HIB Android bundles had Steam keys for all the games.

You can run Droid under Windows in a VM (don't ask me how, I just know it can be done) to play these until you get a smartphone.

I played it a while back, and i don't remember there being a save function, which turned me off the whole thing (in honesty, though, I could have just been doing it wrong). Other than that, it was a nice, simple roguelike.

Cardinal quest is nice, but short. There are only 8 levels, rendomized every time. The ending is pretty bad, but the game is fun.

You have to be careful with Android software.

Great Little War Game installs OpenFeint. OpenFeint has been sued for data mining and redistributing personally identifying information without permission. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OpenFeint#Class_Action

Stuff like that won't get anywhere near my Android devices.

Paranoid much? OpenFeint is simply a service that tracks your achievements in games and allow you to add a list of friends' accounts to measure yourself against them. If you don't create an account, the data will be anonymous and simply tied to your phone ID as a way of keeping tied to you. (Until you change phone, that is.) Those class-action lawsuit are usually a bunch of people with little understanding of the issue who are trying to make a quick buck by suing some other company.

By the way, it doesn't "install" OpenFeint as it is an online service. It simply accesses it to store your achievements. Kind of the same way most Steam games do.

I already have Great Little War Game and the rest don't interest me that much. The only Steam game (Turba) I already have too. I'm gonna pass this one.

If you're interested in Cardinal Quest, you could always get the Gamedev bundle that's on now, which contains it. As for anything else you missed, tough love by the sounds of it.
