This page is dedicated to converting product keys for the retail versions of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games.

Here you can get a digital version of the game at Valve's Steam™ or GOG.com for free using a licensed key from the dvd-box.

This service was created to support users who bought our games on DVDs, as DVD-ROM's are becoming outdated, and new PCs often come without them. We want you to have good experience while playing our games.

Only S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games are due to converting, developed my GSC Game World and purchased from licesned distributors of GSC World Publishing.

I've already claimed my key on GOG (but I still have the disc). Anyone know if it'll let me claim a Steam version as well?

Never mind. Forgot the codes are listed with your account. They give you a new key to claim on Steam. One click job, very easy :)

Edit:
orono, I claimed mine on GOG years ago, so this isn't something I could've decided back then. Or maybe I just got lucky :)

Already got SCoP and Clear Sky on GOG and Steam.
Tried to claim SSoC on GOG with my Steam key using your link but says 'The key does not exist'
No biggie, would have just been nice to have it has backup on GOG with the other 2, I guess it only works with retail keys.

Thanks yes, I did try that last year when GOG started it but somehow it only worked with the other 2 Stalker games.
Got it on Steam so it's not all lost, just because I like freebies... :D
