From what I understand, the banned giveaway list exists to prevent people from boosting CV by hording a dozen copies given out. It usually comes into play only for easily accessible giveaways with a large number of copies.
So games probably wouldn't get added for something obscure like that which barely got out the gate before shitting itself and failing.

The mere way of advertising Super Steam stinks. Why would someone gift games for using their free browser extension? If you spend money on advertising your product (and giving away steam games for free is close enough to that) you expect to get them back somehow and since it's free... it's really suspicious.

I don't know about the Enhanced, didn't look into it. My comment for Supersteam is for security purposes and the data that plugin collects. I wouldn't recommend installing it.

SuperSteam started as a fork of the open source Enhanced Steam, back when JShackles abandoned it. Then JS began redeveloping ES, and SS started to resort to... this to keep users. ES is, quite literally, the original, from the author that originally gave us IdleMaster, while SS is a knock-off, quite literally a band-aid between the loss of Enhanced Steam and now.
