Can fallout 3 GOTY be bought in RU and activated in other country such as israel?

Can fallout new vegas ultimate edition be bought in RU and activated in other country such as israel?

I'm pretty sure that New Vegas is region locked.

May I ask why you want to buy the russian version? It's not that cheaper like many other games.

Don't listen to him, New Vegas is definitely region locked, as for Fallout 3, I don't know.

Not blocked, both. Borderlands 2 (for example) cannot be activated outside of Russia.
Switch to RU store and check by urself.

Different ID doesn't automatically mean Region Blocked, it could just mean Region Purchase Restriction, where you can activate it and run just fine.

Fallout 3 GOTY is NOT region blocked. Look at its description here. There is no mention of onlyallowrunincountries, like this one <- Region Blocked

Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition is also not region blocked as far as I know. This is its RU entry, however since it's being published by 1C there, if you buy the base game now and DLCs later, they have to match in term of regions to work.

You can run it on windows 7, I've a disc copy of that game and it did run fine. If it doesn't run I recommend looking up some video on youtube to patch it.

I was playing the game on Win7 - although I couldn't use mods as they were causing freezes and crashes.

Be carefoul, the RU New Vegas don't have some languages, it's not region locked but you can only play it in english or russian, don't have spanish, italian, french etc....
