Any place to buy Back 4 Blood ME / Africa version?

I can not find any place that has Back 4 Blood ME / Africa version available. I am wanting to buy the game as a gift for a friend but can not find any place that has the ME / Africa verison I can only find US/EU versions. I have tried to trade for it as well but no response thus far. I know it exists cause it was in an HB just can't find it lol please help me find a copy I can purchase. Thank you in advance! <3

I looked on there and they are sold out of the ME / Africa. They do seem to have "global" but Back 4 Blood has no real global keys they still have region locks sadly.

I have managed to find a copy on G2A for 25 euros which is labeled specifically for Africa (and Middle East).
