Half Life 3 finally announced today?

Valve announced that their press conference on GDC will be today on 3-3 at 3PM
Is it a coincidence or did Valve just learn how to count to 3 for the first time, lets hope for the best!

I dont understand what Half Life 3 would be about though, didnt the combine end up getting what they wanted with the teleportation technology. They basically won already so for lore I dont know what else the combine would want with earth
