Where to buy CS:GO?

Somebody knows where I can buy Counter Strike: Global Offensive cheaper than from steam (it's 10,99€)?
I want to buy it for my girlfriend, so we could play together (she's a gamer). :D

Think the only way is Steam/Survey offers - I won't recommend the surveys. Just buy it like other people said, when its on sale. It gets on sale all the time. Just wait a little. :)
