Who is a Boss that gave you a really hard time? (Any game)

[spoilers below] Jesus Christ, just beat it on 1999 and made me almost want to punch my screen.

Took 2 tries on insane :(

A cat is fine too and it is more difficult to pass the challenge of the legendary belly rub

Stun gun, typhoon. Rinse, repeat until victory. (Yes, on Give Me Deus Ex)

Every single other boss fight in that game is 100% stun gun spammable until the cutscene kicks in, so I guess he recovers a fraction of a second faster for some reason.

Me too, I was trying to get all achievments... And for some reason I decided to go to the hospital thing and get the new chip... Voila, boss battle impossible. I had no good weapons, no augs, uh... I even tried carrying in the turrent from outside but that didn't go to well either. I ragequit and uninstalled the game after about 30 tries...

When the battle begins, run left to the corner of the room. Namir will jump over the wall. Typhoon lock him and he's down after ~3 typhoons on hardest difficulty.

Without typhoon, yeah, the bastard is pretty damn difficult. Especially if you did that thing (don't want to spoil) that makes the battle even harder.

There are two ways to shoot the keyboard/mouse/controller

Using them and learning to dodge it should not take many tries at all

Play at least 10 levels trying to dodge enemies for 2 minutes per level

difficult but with the right items and strategy it becomes way easier but then there's isaac and blue baby

I know many people stumble over this boss, but it puzzles me why :P . It has such simple patterns.

Prepare for GLORY! no, wait...okay. PREPARE FOR..ohh wait....now? yes. PREPARE...fo- nooo wait wait!!! :P

Artorias was hardcore, Fatty & shorty were douches, but i was surprised how easily i beat lord Gwyn at the end.

Bed of chaos. The only boss that took me 13 tries to finally beat it :P

The Anor Londo archers are not bosses. But still..

first time fighting them, yes very difficult, but it gets easier once i got their timing down and just run and hit when you have enough time

It was quite frustrating the first time because I killed Smough first because Ornstein's armor is way cooler. I ended up killing him with poison because I couldn't get him down otherwise.

Was Capra Demon the one with the two dogs? That's probably the only boss I've managed without dying... Seems I got lucky!
