some reasons:

• slow email provider
• bad ping

Why you don't ask the Humble people?

what did the humble support say? did you even talk to them?

Last time I bought a Humble Bundle, I never got the initial email. However, you can prompt the site to resend all the bundle urls associated with your email address to you. Of course, if you buy right when a bundle is opened and the site is getting slammed, I'd wait to request the bundle email regardless.
