Make giveaways for games that aren't marked with two asterisks (**). These ones are worth 0 points. One asterisk means 15% value of their price in USD. The required CV (contributor value) you can find in FAQ / Guidelines

As Adam said, you earn points by making giveaways for games that have contributor value (CV). When making a giveaway in the Create a New Giveaway section, you’ll be able to see how many points a game is worth. Games with two asterisks don’t award CV, and won’t help you level up. One asterisk or no asterisk will give you an amount relative to the price of the game.
Giving away any game that has CV will get you to level 1, but higher levels will need exponentially more CV and are harder to reach. You can see the exact amount needed for each level here.
