As said above, also it's a relatively popular game, or at least widely owned, so there is a greater demand for it in comparison to other bundled games. Greater demand tends to mean greater value

Nearest I can think is the same reason that games like Unturned, DayZ, H1Z1, Minecraft and other's are popular. Guess it's just the whole survival loot survival sandbox experience thing. May come in different forms here and there but the general concept I believe a certain demographic of people enjoy.

I'd say it is because it was one of the first okay-ish games of the genre introduced by DayZ and it got the attention of some youtubers early on.
