Removed games on Steamgifts?

I've been able to list a few removed keys, generally for stuff that still has a Steam Store page, but no price listed.

But, in this case;

Steam store page is at:

http://store.steampowered.com/app/444210/

... was it given for free? Is there a 'master' list somewhere for all free games that aren't allowed on steamgifts (I couldn't find it using discussion search)?

Is this something that was entirely removed from Steam store and readded later (without a price?)... could that account for it not being in giveaway list?

Anyone know?

No, that was a different game. I got Desert Thunder (283330) from there. This is Strike Force Desert Thunder (444210)

If its title is similar to a game that was given away by bucketloads, then the usually expected answer is that it was disabled because people started to post the freebie keys under its name. In this case, if sufficient time passed, you can send an add game ticket to support since they can forget to re-enable these.
