Question about different versions of a game by a country

So... I live in Germany, but im italian, my Steam account is italian (because i register it many years ago), now.. i bought GTA5 but now i see that there is 2 versions... a normal one and a "cut" version for Germany... i have used PP for buy this game, my PP is italian also.. how i can know if my version is "cut" or "uncut"?
If i run "licenses_for_app 271590" on a Steam console i get "- State : Active( flags 0 ) - Purchased : Mon Jun 22 00:53:57 2015 in "IT", PayPal"
I can reply myself by "watch" a "IT" at the end of the text, or there are another way to know my Steam game version?

You could try to find a scene that you know the Cut version doesn't ahve, and check if you have it.
and you'll be playing a game you already bought...

other than that, i have no idea. but have a bump

Well, don't ahve GTA so neither do i.
have you tried google or Youtube for help?
try "GTA5 Cut scene" or something similar

Yes, and YT are full of "montage" cutscene, nothing about a different version of the game :(

Yeah, that's due to the fact that there is only one version of GTA 5!

like in southpark stick of truth, bought an uncut verion, which was cheaper then the german cut version 0.0

Where do you see that there are two versions of GTA 5? I'm genuinely confused.

You are relying on a message the seller typed? Well, believe what you want but if you did some research, you would have found out that there is no "cut" version for Germany. Just buy it from Steam then because it's definitely an uncut version there since there is no warning about it being a cut version (which doesn't even exist).

However.. some games (gifts and keys) I try to buy DO come up with warnings about 'will not activate in Germany or Australia' - not because they are cut or uncut or anything else, but it's something to do with.. umm.. well, I don't know why actually.
