I still don't really get the point of this blacklist or whitelist thing. I don't think I have anyone blacklisted because I don't feel the need unless someone is being very belligerent and aggressive towards me. Is it simply what you've seen them say in the discussions, or you don't like their username, or their profile pic or their favorite game, or what?

Enlighten me, please. I'm apparently blacklisted by a few peeps and I don't really know why unless I've said something that offended people?

I probably wouldn't care, but this site keeps track of this kind of stuff, so I'm curious.

Why people are calling out themselves ;_;

Because there is no rule against calling out yourself :)

Everybody was new and ignorant at some point - me too.

But now once there are blacklists and other stuff (including SGT that didn't exist back then), it should be much easier to see what is wrong, I can't believe that he never ever stumbled upon SGT giveaway that requird all wins activated ;_;.

"I redeemed the key on my girlfriend's account, but I'm the one who plays it, isn't it the same?"

That's all my imagination, it didn't actually happen...

Sugared spills over the keyboard.
This kills the keyboard.

Any kind of drink at the keyboard is a hazard. I can't remember how many keyboards I had to replace at my previous job because people kept spilling their coffees in them.

Hm, that makes sense. Agh, it's a bad habit of mine to hoard things without using them despite wanting to use them. AGH. I'll do that right now. Good bye, sweet keys (T_T)

It's not goodbye if you are using them in your account. They will be "forever" with you

The rules don't say you have to immediately play them you just should have them activated on your account as soon as you mark them received otherwise people will assume you are trying to sell them / make GAs with them / give them to your friends.

never bl'd or wl'd a single person in my time here, i couldnt give a fuck about how people i dont know behave on the internet if im being honest. in fact if you win one of my giveaways i urge you to do whatever the fuck you want with the key i give you as long as you dont get caught, and you wont get caught because of me. in fact ill go as far as saying anybody who has a bl or wl is an elitist dickhead who wants to have a good look at themsleves considering what this site is called and about. i await a spike in blaclkist entries in my profile, wankers.

Never use whitelist, blacklist however
if I get sent an invalid key and blocked by the giveaway creator for trying to message them about it is probably at the top of my list
Apart from that:
passive aggressive chat, long unrelated rants, private profiles, pretty much anyone that breaks either this sites or steams TOS, anyone giving away specific keys that have a high likelihood of being illegal, and anyone that says anything along the lines of "say X in the comments" or blacklist threats in the giveaway description
And finally, anyone who posts a referral link, like, at all. Accidentally clicked one for a site I used often before clicking it, referral got linked to their account, they've made like 200 something dollars off me since then

If I discover someone has re-gifted, I blacklist them. Those are the only people on my blacklist right now.

Most of my whitelist is people I've won from. The rest are people that I added because: a) I thought they were cool, b) they seemed cool, and I needed a larger whitelist at the time, c) they did something I liked (was honest about a mistake, or bothered to thank me for a key drop), or d) we had this "I'll whitelist you if you whitelist me" thing.

Man, I need to make another whitelist giveaway...
