Hi! I would like to join, but I don't fulfill the fourth requirement, because of my first giveaway created. Here is a little explanation:

When I first joined the site, I had no idea about price related region restriction when gifting a game on steam (I am from South America, and gifting is pretty restricted over here). So, I checked about normal region restrictions with the game in question, and I didn't see anything, but then, when my first giveaway was over, I tried to gift it and at the moment of the payment the region restriction popped up. I tried to talk with the winner about this (I didn't understand why I wasn't able to buy it for him), but he was so rude and when I realized why I couldn't, he refused to reroll or delete it so I could give it to someone in my region.

Also, I had no idea what keys were back then. I didn't even know about sites like Fanatical or Humble Bundle, so buying a key for me wasn't even an alternative.
