It may only apply to mobiles, I'm not sure if battle.net makes country distinctions. Give it a try, you can't get disappointed if you expect nothing :P

If it runs afoul of lootbox regulations then platform is entirely irrelevant and it won't release period in those regions. That doesn't necessarily mean it won't be accessible though.

Yeah, this is what I'm unsure about. On Steam you could make it unavailable for certain currencies, or even set up country regulations (I think). But I don't know if Blizzard can (and if, how) make differences between countries. Even more, a physical copy could be not released, but this is online... I'm just curious, and a little bit clueless about how this exactly plays out in those countries.

I remember I played Diablo 2 at some point as a kid... A lot of time later, 4 years ago, I tried Torchlight as its spiritual successor and kinda realized- that formula is painfully boring. :D
So, I guess I'll mark myself as "Not a fan.".
(And even if I was, I wouldn't touch the bastardized mobile version with a 10 meter stick held by someone else.)

This. Plenty of comments saying things along the lines of "oh but it's on PC too" and whilst that's true it doesn't change the fact its been designed from the ground up as a mobile title and it's these mobile design choices/elements specifically that are putting people off, in those cases the fact that it's technically available on PC is entirely irrelevant.

Lesson of the day: Play Store doesn't care about how good your phone is, they care about how recent it is and when your phone starts getting old they will start gatekeeping you from apps.
Solution: Just get TapTap or some other platform that lets you download stuff and try it yourself if your phone can run it or not. PS is bullshit.

I could not install Pokemon GO on my Xperia SP bs PS limitations, too old Android. Way later I installed custom ROM and it started to work.
Initially I installed it on PC via some emulator and get bored after few days.

Growing up I played so much of Diablo 1 and 2 that Ilost interest in the genre. Played through Torchlight, Titan's Quest and a few others. It's not the same as it was in 2002.

My initial thoughts is that it's quite similar to Diablo 3, which (blasphemy aside) was a game that I enjoyed quite a lot, especially playing it on the Nintendo Switch. The areas are nice, there's variety of mobs and bosses, the story is okay-ish, the drop rates are weird but so far, I'm level 30 (I believe) and I'm having a blast.
There is of course the huge topic of Pay2Win, aside from cosmetics (which are fine in my opinion), there's the possibility of buying Legendary Gems with atrocious rarity %, basically the level 5 gem is almost impossible to get, unless you buy 50 of them, then you will get it 100% (aka PITY DROP). I haven't really gotten myself that much into Diablo to say that gems are so crucial in PvE and I haven't played PvP.
To recap, as a PvE experience, I like it so far and I don't mind the cosmetic aspect and the battle pass system. The Legendary gems are a different topic, but so far (level 30) I haven't had any issues.
