Tomb Raider IV was the best one by far for me... Lots of good memories there.

I was never fond of Tomb Raider, but things started getting interesting in Underworld, then came TR 2013, which my favorite so far.

Only ones I played were 2013 and Anniversary (planning to play underworld at some point this year), I'd say I liked Anniversary more.
