How to trade with steam wallet? (Different currencys)

Hi there!
This is probably asked before but i couldnt find anything useful. :/
I want to buy a game from a russian trader via steam wallet.
The problem i see is that the only currency displayed in the market is € (Euro). He will probably set his price in руб (RUB).
Will his item, which he is going to sell to me for the trading purpose, be displayed at the steam market?

Could somebody tell me how this works?

That too - you can do something like buy something from him on the market and he'll give you the game, but not exchange wallet for games directly.
