I know but there is only 100k keys. So for some that didnt get it i want to give to them.

I know but i would like to created giveaway for group of people or group that have more people.
Its easier then just post key and bots grab it.

You can't give away free games. This is in place so that people don't start abusing free keys to farm CV.

That has been suggested in the past, but they cited technical reasons for why it would not work.

Just ask a group if anyone wants it, then use random.org to pick a winner and give it to them.
