I have 880 giveaways entered and 3 wins and no single one of them had more than 300 entries (1 of them even 22 only),so yeah,keep trying.

You entered 115 giveaways... People didn't win with 700 entries.
Just try to get in groups/private giveaways, enter contests (like pumpkin contest - I won my single win there) and so on.
