HIB V - Can I Giveaway Bastion?

Title.

Am I allowed to giveaway my Bastion key from the HIB V? If it has been asked, I'm dumb and can't look; please repeat the answer.

EDIT: Thanks for all the answers, guys. I'll find some way to make a neat puzzle and give it away.

Pretty sure he cant just give away that key even when its over, think it has to be a gift-able humblebundle package.

You can, but only on the forums/chat. You can't make a giveaway for it.

You are not allowed to gift individual keys from bundles. You can give it away in the forums, just not as a giveaway points submission.

No. You may not EVER give away individual keys from bundles. It is a violation of the rules of this site as well as the terms of service that you agreed to when you bought the bundle itself.

You can't make a giveaway for a BTA key. Only a full url when the bundle is over and it's been added to the list of giveaways. For single keys from bundles you can give it away in the forums, which I have done so in the past. Imo it is more fun, kind of like throwing change down a tunnel and seeing numerous beggars fight over it.
