The Avatar is from many years ago, when I used to play Runes of Magic and run The Emporium Trading House - probably the biggest trading operation on my server, and for sure the best known ;). It represented The Chief Accountant of The Emporium Trading House. Ltd. The game actually was a so-so, but in a way I still love it, cause it was the best RP experience in my whole 15+ year online gaming. Can't stop myself from posting here some of my advertisement lines ;)

"Filthy rich" - what kind of a language is this? We sincerely apologize, some hacker must have broken again into our systems, it will not go unpunished. Of course we meant "trading and serving your community."

"Hey, buddy, could you please look for somebody else to kill you? I'm a traveling merchant... Yes, merchant for The Emporium Trading House... Yes, my business is to buy and sell stuff, not to kill ugly mobs, like you. Geez, can't you find an adventurer around here, willing to kill you?!!"

And then, there was Thorrgrim... I could tell stories about him for hours...

He was a level 1 trader in the Elf starting area, inaccessible (or at least so it seemed for new players) for any other races. Whatever he believed about himself (and to make him happy, I have even brought him an excessively expensive and distinctively elvish Mythical Elder Elven Robe set or some other costume like this), he still looked very much like a Dwarf... well, would it be because I have teleported him from dwarven starting area?

So between all the newborn very tall Elves there was this single very short guy, wearing magnificent elven clothes almost never seen in such a low level area, utterly convinced that he is an Elf, yet still talking in somewhat dwarvish manner, taking a very strong objection to any attempt to call him a Dwarf. Anytime, that I felt bored and wanted to RP/troll a bit, it was enough to switch to him, and in a matter of minutes I was embroiled in a heated argument with somebody (with the rest of the local population gathered around and listening with amusement) in which one of the main branching lines run like this:

"That will be ENOUGH, youngster!... Me being just a bit on a short side is no excuse for such derogatory, unprovoked namecalling. Where are you manners and respect for elders, eh???"

So, that's the little story behind my avatar ;)

Oh I can see you are missing Droggeljug only. I don't want to discourage you, but I guess it is much easier to get by replaying the game just after completing the game, when you still remember some of the dialogues :)
