I enter a giveaway for killing floor and i won. And this guy send me mail with a gift pass saying this:

Is this normal or allowed ?

Yeah, when Killing Floor was given away by Humble Bundle, it came with 2 guest passes. I think I still have both of them sitting there lol

return this beta-gift to ga creator. He should give u full game. If no - wait 7 days and mark as "not recieved"

What Mihey3Z said above. Beta keys, guest passes, and coupons should not be given away. They need to provide you with a full working copy. Mark it as not received.

I'd leave the pass alone or return it, and ask for the full game. If not, makr as not received after 7 days.
