Also asking for slots =/= getting them. (Speaking for myself) I only grant them if it's new user that could not understand the rules, or someone has dozens or hundreds of delivered, no history of constant deletions,and need more slots for train or event. Otherwise I write they need to wait like everyone else to get more slots.

Many people here seem to think that it's perfectly fine to make giveaways and then not give the winner a game. You just get a red mark and go on making more fake giveaways. I'm sure they imagine having some kind of reason behind this, but I'd advice against it.
