I want to give away the following games. How to do it safely and give them to the right people?

For most of my extra keys from bundles or amazon packs I sometimes just go to the game's store page and see which of my friends have it wishlisted and try to pick out who I think would enjoy it most (I don't spend too much time doing it, I mostly just check who has it ranked highest relative to the number of wishlisted items)

You can always be a nice person and give them to someone random but, of course, first take a look at their Steam profile and see if they actually play the games they have. Would love to get Double Fine Bundle but if I won't get it - it's fine. It's your choice anyway.:)
